Kansas Tuba Events: September

 above: Dr. Ben Pierce

With the fall semester in full swing, it's now time for college and high school recitals! There typically aren't many early in the semester, but they will pick up into October. Here's what's going on around Kansas and KC metro area in September:

  • KU - Sept. 13 - 7-8pm - Tuba/Euphonium master class with Dr. Ben Pierce. At Robert Baustian Theater in Murphy Hall
  • KU - Sept. 14 - 7:30 - 8:30pm - Tuba/Euphonium Recital with Dr. Ben Pierce. At Swarthout recital hall in Murphy Hall
  • UMKC - Sept. 19 - 7:30pm - Graduate Fellowship Brass Quintet, led by Dr. Thomas Stein. At Central United Methodist Church, 5114 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64112
Like I said before, the beginning of the semester starts kind of slow, but picks up speed later. Sorry for the short notice. Late August is the busy season at the office. October's dates will be posted by Sept. 31st.
